The webinar offers a first look at Course in Quality Risk Management and Root Cause Investigations – Common tools and methods for the Pharma and Medical Device industry, taking place 1–3 December. Across three days, participants will go beyond the introduction and practise using tools such as timelines, flowcharts, interviews and critical observations. Working in small groups, they’ll apply the methods to case studies and have the opportunity to submit a non-confidential problem or situation for the groups to explore.
