Quality assurance is not only about compliance. It's about creating a culture of clarity and supporting better decisions. Zahra Mavajian, QA manager

Quality has always been at the heart of GBA Key2Compliance. As we continue to grow, maintaining a strong and practical Quality Management System becomes increasingly important. As part of that commitment, Zahra Mavajian has taken on the role of Quality Assurance Manager, alongside her ongoing work as a consultant.

Many of our customers already know Zahra through her work in regulatory affairs and quality. In her new role, she will also be responsible for developing and maintaining GBA Key2Compliance’s own Quality Management System (QMS), helping to ensure that quality becomes a natural part of our daily work.

“It feels both exciting and meaningful,” says Zahra. “I am grateful for the trust and for the opportunity to take on a role where I can contribute more directly to the continued development of the company, where internal structure and quality affect our service delivery to our clients. Quality and regulatory work have been central parts of my professional journey, so stepping into this role feels like a confident next step.”

From supporting customers to strengthening our own quality culture

Throughout her time at GBA Key2Compliance, Zahra has worked with clients of different sizes and organizational structures, giving her valuable insight into how quality systems can support organizations in practice.

“Working as a consultant gives me insight into real regulatory and quality needs and challenges. It has shown me what works well in practice and how to tackle challenges while maintaining a strong quality culture. At the same time, my role as QA Manager will strengthen my consulting work by giving me an even deeper understanding of our clients’ needs.”

This close connection between consulting and internal quality work allows experience and best practices to flow in both directions, ultimately benefiting both our organization and the companies we support.

Building on a strong foundation

During her first year as Quality Assurance Manager, Zahra’s focus will be on continuing to develop and maintain GBA Key2Compliance’s Quality Management System while ensuring the company continues to meet the requirements of its ISO 9001 certification.

She will support quality planning, internal and external audits, management reviews, CAPA follow-up and continuous improvement activities. An equally important part of her role is ensuring colleagues feel supported and confident in using the Quality Management System as part of their everyday work.

“For me, quality assurance is not only about compliance, but also about creating a culture of clarity and supporting better decisions,” says Zahra. “I hope to contribute to a strong and user-friendly quality management system where colleagues feel confident and where quality becomes a natural part of our everyday work.”

Looking ahead

With Zahra in this role, GBA Key2Compliance strengthens its continued commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and supporting both employees and customers with practical, efficient and compliant ways of working.
