What makes things go wrong, despite well-written instructions and tailored training programs?
We take a look at the human factor as a risk in a regulated operation and discuss different ways of eliminating the risks before they turn into issues.
All personnel who have previously participated in basic GMP / Quality Systems training and have work experience in regulated operations.
The training can be conducted in both homogeneous and mixed groups.
The training is divided into a theory session and then an excersise with problem solving in smaller groups. The participants are then allowed to work with given cases and identify conceivable quality-affecting issues that could be caused by humans, as well as making suggestions on preventative measures that could reduce the risks.
The message during this training is that there are many benefits of a continuous quality work that builds quality into procedures and routines, with reference to the person who is to perform the task.
½ day (3 hours)
Mainly suitable for intra-group groups with a maximum of 25 participants.
