The Challenge – Quality system refresher training

After the success of our refresher training “The Game”, we have developed a course with a similar concept, which is suitable for adapting to different subject areas and your own procedures. The course make the participants actively participate and seek information about the regulations.

Target group

All categories of personnel who have previously participated in both basic training and refresher training in GMP / Quality Systems and with some work experience in regulated operations.
The training should be carried out in homogeneous groups within e.g. operation / production, QA / QC or other functions regulated by the quality system. The level of knowledge and experience of the participants should be equal .

Content

The training is a fun and engaging group exercise in the form of a competition where the participants work with 12-15 different challenges that must be dealt with correctly in accordance with current regulations. The challanges are based on a lecture session for about an hour before the group exercise begins. The lecture and challenges can be adapted to your desired subject area and even your company’s own routines/procedures can be included. Suggestions for subject areas are: documentation, logbooks and deviation management. Participants are divided into groups and receive a challenge. Each challenge is checked and scored by the instructor before the next challenge can be acknowledged. After a break the correct answers are presented and the winners with the most points is appointed.

Implementation

The challenge is primarily suited for intra-corporate groups with at least 8 and a maximum of 200+ participants.
