Senior Trainer – Pharma Denmark

About the role
The Key2Compliance Training and Courses team are looking for a Senior Trainer, mainly for the Danish market with focus on pharmaceuticals. You will mainly train companies by developing and delivering tailor-made inhouse courses.
You will also be responsible for one or more of our public courses where you will keep the material up-to-date and lecture several times every semester.
Furthermore, you will be involved in the development of our growing portfolio of on-demand training.
As part of your personal development, and to ensure that you keep up to date with current GMP and industry trends, the aim is that you will do consultancy work for about 10% of your working time, primarily senior assignments, such as audits and GAP-analyses.
About You
You have had a long career in the pharmaceutical field, have gained a broad experience and deep understanding of GMP and GDP. Perhaps you have been a GMP inspector or auditor. You have a passion for passing knowledge on to others and are looking for meaningful and satisfying tasks as a next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities
We expect you to have experience as a trainer or speaker at conferences, but it is most important that you enjoy teaching and are curious about finding new and better ways to create excellent learning experiences for the trainees.
You must also be able to travel, mostly within Denmark but also occationally within Scandinavia as most of the in-house courses will be held at the customers’ offices
Qualifications
Education Requirements/Certifications
Masters or bachelor’s degree in relevant field or have through work acquired relevant knowledge
Required knowledge/skill
Full professional written and oral communication skills in Danish and English
Experience Required
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical development and/or production.
Proven record of trainings and/or courses held during the career
It is preferable if you have had formal presentation training of some kind
It is an extra qualification if you can teach basic QA/RA for Medical Devices too.
