Katarina Wendsjö is a civil engineer who has gone from chemical engineering to personal chemistry. More than 20 years in the private business world have given her experience from several different leadership roles such as manager, project manager and competence area leader. Since 2008, Katarina has been working with leadership and organizational development as well as competence strategy in several different industries. She is a certified user of the tools Insights Model ™ and Decision Dynamics Career Model ™ and has also met the requirements as a certified coach according to ICF.
Katarina is inspired by coaching others to fully realize, develop, and exercise their talents. The assignment as a mentor and internal coach within AstraZeneca’s mentoring program has further strengthened this.
Katarina has been lecturing at the Pharmacy Program at the University of Gothenburg since 2003 on GMP and quality assurance. Since 2009, she has also been lecturing on leadership for the future pharmacists.
